Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the lending library will be closed to the public starting on Monday, March 16. Books, DVDs, tip sheets and other information may still be requested and will be mailed through the US Postal service. Please access our Contact Us form to request materials. Items checked out with an original due date of February – May have been renewed with a new due date of June 7. This will be adjusted as needed.

In regards to interlibrary loans, our regional library system, Illinois Heartland Library System IHLS will be suspending delivery service starting tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17, and lasting through Monday, March 30. This mirrors the mandate that Governor Pritzker has set for other services.

Our free lending library consists of books, journals, and DVDs related to early childhood, parenting, and young children with special needs. You can use our electronic catalog to search the library collection.
