Closed Captions are available by clicking the “CC” button at the bottom of the video or selecting the gears symbol next to it to auto translate into the language you want.
Transcripts, when available, can be found by clicking on the Watch on YouTube button in the lower left corner of the video (before it starts) or the YouTube button on the lower right side (after it starts), then by clicking on the far right three dots above the description and selecting the “Show Transcript” button.
